The Champagne experience

Take advantage of Plant BioProTech to get the most of what the Champagne region has to offer. Take part in the tourism tour of June 29th afternoon to discover a wine-growing cooperative. 

About the tour:

- Cooperative visit: discover how Champagne is made (process, press, winery,...)
- Explore the vines: vines centennial (1890), grape variety "meunier"

About the cooperative:
GJR (Germigny Janvry Rosnay) is welcoming our Plant BioProTech participants for this toursim tour. Created in 1961, the cooperative counts today more than 180 members, 115 hectares, 60 winemakers (owners). 
Grape variety exploited: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Pursue the experience during Plant BioProTech:
Pass by the space of Champagne Delagarde, memebrs of the cooperative, to talk with our winemaker Fabrice Delagarde and get to know his champagne.
